Job summary

Home House Limited in London is seeking a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a busy kitchen. You will work 40 hours per week with shifts finishing at 1am, contributing to quality, consistency and creativity in every service.

You will join a supportive kitchen team that values collaboration, personal energy and a strong work ethic, delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craft.
• Excellent teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to high quality standards across service periods.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, mise en place and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to create consistent menu items.
