Job summary

CH&CO is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our high-volume kitchen, delivering consistent, high-quality meals for off-site delivery. You will work a Monday–Friday pattern, with the occasional weekend cover, and contribute to producing thousands of meals daily in a busy CPU kitchen.

You will uphold strict food safety and HACCP standards, manage your section under tight timelines, support batch cooking and packing for distribution to multiple sites, and collaborate with the wider kitchen team to

• Prepare and produce high-quality food at scale, ensuring consistency across all dishes for off-site delivery
• Support the day-to-day running of a busy CPU kitchen, preparing and delivering high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
• Contribute to the production of approximately 2,000 covers per day, ensuring efficient service, stock rotation, and smooth kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
• Manage your section efficiently to meet high-volume production demands and tight timelines
• Support batch cooking, portioning, and packing to ensure food is ready for distribution to multiple sites
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise wastage in a high-output environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth production and service flow

Salary: £36,800 per annum

Location: SW19 8UH

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (06:00 - 14:30) with the odd weekend cover shift on rotation amongst the team
