Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, anddinner, ensuring each dish meets our high standards.
• Supervising and mentoring a small team, fostering a collaborative andefficient work environment.
• Demonstrating excellent attention to detail in all aspects of foodpreparation and presentation.
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed to maintain optimalinventory.
• Upholding strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborating with the Head Chef and other team members to createinnovative and enticing menu items.
• Maintaining organisational and communication skills to effectivelymanage your section during busy service periods.
