Caravan-Covent-Garden is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in London. You will help deliver our well-travelled menu, support the kitchen brigade, and contribute to an exciting, guest-focused dining experience.

You will be learning, growing and taking ownership in a busy kitchen while cooking with fresh ingredients and upholding Caravan’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes in line with Caravan’s well-travelled menu concept.
• Support the kitchen brigade and maintain smooth service flow.
• Learn and develop culinary skills, taking ownership of your section.
• Cook with fresh ingredients and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Overall earnings up to £17.36 per hour, dependent on experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Caravan Chef de Partie:

• You’ll be serving up our famous ‘well-travelled’ food, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels.
• You’ll also support the restaurant team with our ‘Caravan of Love’ customer experience
• You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills
• You’ll take ownership of your role and thrive in a kitchen environment
• You'll love to cook with fresh ingredients
