Heartwood Inns Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie for our London area kitchens, offering a base rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC. On Target Earnings range £14.75–£15.25 per hour including TRONC, reflecting a strong hospitality package.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills.
• Familiar with classical cooking techniques.

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
