Your Role Will Include:
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards and following established recipes
  • Ensuring timely and consistent service during busy periods
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
  • Assisting with planning and preparation for special events or large bookings
  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory control
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and wider team to ensure smooth service
