The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Catering Department at the John McIntyre Conference Centre (JMCC) in Pollock Halls. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, open-ended and involves weekend work.
You will deliver high-quality meals for students and commercial guests, contribute to a busy kitchen, and benefit from our supportive environment and staff benefits.

An opportunity has arisen for Chef de Partie to join The University of Edinburgh Catering Department. The role will be based at our largest catering unit the John McIntyre Conference Centre (JMCC) located within Pollock halls.
The John McIntyre Conference Centre is a 650-seater buffet restaurant that provides approximately 28,000 meals each week during our student period and also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to our commercial guests year-round.
The annual salary for this post is £24,729 - £25,804 plus 15% premium band for flexible working.
