Overview

LOCH FYNE OYSTERS LTD is located in stunning surroundings on the west coast of Scotland at CLACHAN, CAIRNDOW. Our award-winning LOCH FYNE OYSTER BAR has built a reputation as one of Scotland's very best seafood restaurants, featuring the highest quality seafood indigenous to Argyll. Position

Chef de Partie

Contract type: Temporary (Up to 31st October 2025)

Hours: Full time (40 hours). Work hours between Monday to Sunday, with evening and weekend working required (no late finishes).

Rate of pay: Competitive. Additional: Customer tips are shared between the Restaurant Team. Own transport is recommended due to location; car share/transport may be available.

Responsibilities

Join our kitchen team in the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar Restaurant, assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes from our menu.

Qualifications

The successful candidate needs to have a strong background in a similar environment working with fish and seafood. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen, plus have good communication skills and excellent food hygiene standards. HNC level qualification or experience preferred.

Loch Fyne Oysters Ltd, Clachan, Cairndow, Argyll, PA26 8BL. We are situated at the head of Loch Fyne, west coast of Scotland. Just a 45 minute drive / 1 hour bus journey from Dunoon, 50 minute drive from Helensburgh, 1 hour from Dumbarton, 1.5 hours from Glasgow (M8, A82, A83).
