About Great Scotland Yard Hotel – The Unbound Collection

GreatScotland Yard Hotel is a one-of-a-kind luxury destination in the heart of Westminster, where historic grandeur meets contemporary sophistication. As part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, the hotel offers a uniquely curated experience, exceptional service, and discreet luxury for the most discerning guests.

Few addresses are richer in history and anecdote than our hotel; a few steps away from Covent Garden and around the corner from Trafalgar Square our guests enjoy a wide variety of food and beverage offerings including quirky cocktails and local craft beers in the 40 Elephants Bar, evening drinks at our Whisky Bar, Sibin, and can indulge in an Afternoon Tea with a twist in The Parlour.

Great Scotland Yard Hotel’s flagship restaurant brings Michelin starred chef Niklas Ekstedt’s signature style of wood‑fired ‘old Nordic’ cooking to the UK for the very first time. Ekstedt at The Yard focuses on Scandinavian cooking techniques using the very best seasonal local ingredients; featuring a menu of signature dishes, alongside an inventive cocktail menu and extensive wine list.
