Overview

Casual Chef De Partie. £16.32 per hour + Holiday Pay. Flexible contract (0-hour contract). Copper Box Arena is seeking skilled CDP's to join our casual kitchen team on a flexible basis. As one of London's premier sporting and events venues, we host a diverse range of activities from major sporting events to concerts and exhibitions, delivering high-quality food service to thousands of guests. We're looking for experienced culinary professionals who can work flexibly across our busy events calendar.

Responsibilities

• Support the team produce high volume catering on our high volume event days.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in high volume catering / events.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate (minimum).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays.
• Right to work in the UK.
