A prestigious educational institution in Edinburgh is seeking a motivated chef to join its kitchen team. Grade UE03: £24,729 to £25,804 per annum plus a 15% Premium Band
Department: Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE)
Location: The Scott, The Scholar and KM Hotels
Full time: 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including weekends
Open Ended: Permanent Contract

The Hotel Collection at the University of Edinburgh comprises of four hotels, with kitchens at three of the properties. You will be based at either The Scott Hotel, or The Scholar Hotel, both are properties with a great, fresh food offering – The Brasserie at the Scholar and the newly opening Bonnar’s at The Scott.
