Job summary

Las Iguanas is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section in our fast‑paced South American kitchen. You’ll deliver dishes to specification, train junior teammates, and help maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation every service.

Join a close‑knit team where your knife skills, pace and pride in craft matter. You’ll mentor others, stay organised during peak periods, and help ensure smooth service with energy and a positive attitude.
