We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our teams in picturesque market towns and vibrant hotel kitchens. Our hotels offer a bustling food and beverage program, a supportive environment, and opportunities to advance within a growing hospitality

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering high-quality food.
• Experience with fresh foods.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Interest in latest food trends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to menu specifications.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with menu development and plating presentation.
• Support and train junior staff as needed.
