Job summary

Gather + Gather are seeking a passionate Chef/Cook to join CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. In this role, you will support our culinary teams in preparing and serving delicious food, helping to deliver dining experiences that match popular tastes and dietary needs.

You will work as part of a team, maintain high food hygiene standards, and contribute to menu improvements while upholding brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef/Cook role is required.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Good understanding of Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Flexible approach to working and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food and support culinary teams.
• Work in a team to prepare and serve meals.
• Suggest opportunities to improve menus and services.
• Maintain a positive brand image through customer service.
• Record and reduce food waste levels.
• Assist with kitchen organisation, stocking and cleaning.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
