Hill Care Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to organise and control the production of quality meals within budget while upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.
You will manage staff rotas, supervise kitchen staff, ensure dietary needs are met, maintain stock, and train team members in hygiene and safety. A collaborative, proactive approach with good communication is essential.
To organise and control the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget, whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.
