Overview

Clayesmore Coffee Shop ‘The Writer’s Block’ – Chef (Coffee Shop). We are inviting applications from hardworking, customer focused and friendly people for a Chef role for our onsite Coffee Shop.

The successful applicant will bring innovation and creativity to the role, and will be responsible for menu planning, ordering and overall high standards of food service for our Clayesmore coffee shop.

Responsibilities

• Menu planning, ordering and maintaining high standards of food service for the coffee shop.
• Hands-on food preparation while also working in a small team to create a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Maintain attention to detail and serve good coffee and good food that contributes to making people happy.

Working pattern

This role is primarily focused on food preparation with customer-facing duties. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–2:00pm, with occasional weekend work, all year round.
