Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Chef for the Mermaid within Vintage Inns. You will master the menu, cook dishes to a high standard and work in a welcoming team in a pub setting. The role focuses on preparation before service, precise cooking, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen.

You will be supported to develop your skills, with opportunities for paid qualifications and progression within the group. A friendly, guest-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented kitchen environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP considered a plus.
