Job summary

Côte Brasserie is hiring a skilled Chef to join our brigade and craft exceptional plates during service in a fast-paced, brasserie-style kitchen. You will execute menu items to established standards with speed and precision, while maintaining a clean, organised workspace and contributing to a positive team culture.

The role requires previous line cook/chef experience in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate a genuine passion for

• Ability to stay calm, focused and efficient under pressure.
