Job summary

Care UK is seeking an aspiring Second Chef to lead a busy kitchen in a care home. You will work in a fast-paced environment focusing on fresh, seasonal produce and resident wellbeing.

You’ll design menus, manage stock and costs, ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance, and develop the catering team through training and mentorship. Care UK offers training, apprenticeships, and wellbeing support.
