Job summary

Toby Carvery - Darlington is looking for a Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll master our menu, prepare dishes to standard, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience in a busy pub restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef or in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to learn the Toby Carvery menu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise-en-place before service.
• Cook meals to Toby Carvery standards and know the menu inside out.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and food safety.
