Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Chef on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the onsite Chef Manager at a school near the SM1 area. Working Monday to Friday, 7am–2:30pm, 37 weeks per year (35 hours weekly), you will prepare fresh meals for students and staff.

You will assist with main meals, use seasonal ingredients, and maintain kitchen hygiene to deliver high-quality, reliable service. A trade test and enhanced DBS are part of recruitment; benefits include free meals on shift and structured

About the role

Job Title: Chef - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

School Location: New School Location near SM1 area

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 7am-2:30pm (35 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 37 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Pay Details: £21,525.00 per annum
