Greene King is seeking a Chef to join its Chef & Brewer pubs, delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prepare, cook and present dishes to spec, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards across the team. Strong communication helps ensure timely, tasty meals for guests.

You'll contribute to menu knowledge, promotions and product updates, while thriving in a collaborative kitchen environment and upholding brand standards across Greene King Inns and pubs.

As a Chef, you will…

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
