Miller & Carter Birmingham Hagley Road is seeking a skilled Chef to master our steak-focused menu and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will work in a dynamic team, handle prep, cooking to spec, and uphold cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef in a busy restaurant.
• Ability to cook to order and maintain quality under pressure.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items before service and during service.
• Cook food to specification and keep knowledge of the menu up to date.
