Job summary

The Light is seeking a passionate Chef to join our busy kitchen team at The Light venues across the UK. You will manage your own section during peak service and contribute to high-quality, well-presented dishes while adhering to health and safety standards.

We're looking for hands-on cooks with a positive, energetic approach who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and support the wider team to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Hands-on, sleeves-up attitude.
• Confident running your own section during busy service.
• A passion for well-presented, great-tasting food.
• A strong team player who brings positivity and energy to every shift.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.

We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dedicated and dynamic kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a section and working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced quick-service environment. They should be capable of producing high-quality, well-presented food while maintaining cleanliness standards and adhering to all kitchen policies, including health and safety regulations.
