Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Chef for a client in Fort George, Scotland. The ideal candidate will have Food Hygiene Level 2 and experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Overview

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef for our client based in Fort George.

Working hours

As a Chef your working hours and days are:

• 5 out of 7 days per week
• 06:00-18:30 (6-8 hour shifts)

Pay

The rate of pay as a Chef is:

• £16.00 p/h

Responsibilities

• Make and prepare meals in a fast paced enviroment
• Conctract catering
• Assisting the head chef and sous chef in creating menu items, receipes and developing a variety of dishes
• Preparing meat and fish
• Assisting with the management of health and safety

Ideal candidate

• PVG/DBS
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• Allergy Certificate
