Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Chef at the Trent Lock to master the menu and deliver dishes guests will love. You’ll enjoy teamwork, pride in your cooking, and contributing to a welcoming, high-quality pub experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in pubs/restaurants.
• Knowledge of menu preparation and portion control.
• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes ahead of service and during service.
• Cook and present menu items to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout kitchen operations.
