Job summary

A leading global services provider is seeking a Chef to join their team in Bulford, Wiltshire. In this role, you will assist in running kitchen services, ensuring high culinary standards and compliance with hygiene regulations. The ideal candidate has NVQ qualifications and experience in a busy kitchen. What you’ll do:

  • Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

  • NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu productionand confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift pattern/ hours - Five days out of seven set out as follows:
  • Early shifts 0530-1400
  • Late shifts 1100-1930
  • £12.30 per hour
