Chef Wanted - Join Our Prestigious Care Home Kitchen Team

Location: Penrith

Hours: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

Pay: £16.00/hour (Weekdays) | £19.24/hour (Weekends)

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences
  • Work closely with our caring staff to ensure mealtimes are a highlight of the day
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Contribute to menu planning with creativity and seasonal flair
  • Bring warmth and professionalism to a team that values kindness and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a chef in a care setting, hospitality, or similar environment
  • A genuine passion for cooking and serving others
  • Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food safety
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
  • A positive attitude and team spirit
  • an Update Enhance DBS would be advantageous
