Job summary

Ego in Penhow, part of Mitchells & Butler's family, is seeking a Chef to master our Mediterranean-inspired menu and deliver dishes that keep guests returning. You’ll work as part of a team, preparing ingredients, cooking to spec, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
