Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc's Old Forge is hiring a Chef to master the menu, work in a supportive team and serve dishes guests love. You will prepare, cook and present high‑quality meals while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The role includes flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, progression opportunities, and access to benefits such as pension and paid holiday through a large UK hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of menu and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook dishes to a high standard and stay current with the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
