Brandling Arms in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a dedicated part-time chef to master our menu and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy kitchen. You’ll thrive in a team that takes pride in serving dishes guests love, with the chance to grow within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as part of a team.

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook dishes to the menu and ensure consistency.

As a part time Chef at the Brandling Arms, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of. Does this sound like the chef job for you?
