Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Chef at the Mermaid to master our menu and deliver dishes guests love. You will work in a friendly team, serving food you’re proud of in a fast-paced environment.

As a Chef at the Mermaid, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of. Does this sound like the chef job for you?
