Hickory's Smokehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Chef to join our fast-growing team, where you will cook fresh food from scratch, work with authentic BBQ smokers and develop real chef skills through industry-leading training.

• Experience as Grill Chef/Line Chef/Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

This is a hands-on kitchen role where you’ll cook fresh food from scratch, work with authentic BBQ smokers and develop real chef skills — with clear progression and industry-leading training.
