Brass Haus, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is hiring a part-time chef. You will master our menu, cook food you can be proud of, and enjoy working with a supportive team. We’ve removed the need for a CV and made the application quick and mobile friendly.

As a chef, you’ll prepare before service, know the menu inside out, and maintain top standards of cleanliness and safety. Flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, and progression opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow recipes and menus.
