Job summary

The Oystercatcher is seeking a dedicated Chef to master our menu and cook dishes you can be proud of. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team in a Vintage Inns setting, delivering great food with care and consistency.

Prepare before service, know the menu inside out, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering memorable pub dining experiences across our rural pub collection.

Job description

As a Chef at the Oystercatcher, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You'll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of.
