Job summary

Bill's in Lewes is seeking a hands-on Chef who shares our mission to make guests and colleagues happy. You will work with the kitchen team to ensure timely plating, maintain high quality, and be prepared for busy service with clear communication.

• Ready, Set, Service – being on top of your tasks and set for service, we know our peaks when we are out our busiest, we need you to make sure you are ready and prepared for the day ahead.
