Prezzo Italian, part of Brava Hospitality Group, seeks chefs at Level 1 to Level 3. You will start by learning prep and cooking our Italian classics, then progress as you gain sections expertise. Training and support come from experienced colleagues across the brand.

As you grow, you’ll cover more sections, maintain high standards, and help keep stock and safety procedures. Competitive pay varies by level, with strong team culture and staff perks across Prezzo Italian restaurants.

The role

Our chefs grow through threelevels, based on how many sections of the kitchen you can cover. You start atLevel 1, develop at Level 2 and reach mastery at Level 3. Whatever yourexperience, we'll find the right level for you, and rates of pay are differentdepending on your level and experience.

Level 1: start

You're starting your kitchencareer. You'll learn to prep and cook our dishes the right way, alongsideexperienced chefs who want to see you succeed. New to kitchens? You'll get fulltraining and a team that has your back from day one.

Level 2: develop

You've got some kitchenexperience and you're ready to build on it. You can cover several sections with confidence, cook every dish properly, and keep adding new sections as you grow.

Level 3: mastery

You're one of the mostexperienced cooks in the kitchen. You're proficient across every section, soyou can step in wherever you're needed, keep things moving when it's busy andsupport your Sous Chef when needed.

Food is one of our key pillars,so you'll have support from our central team of chefs and the right tools toget it right every time. Our dedicated chefs website shows exactly what everydish should look like and the right ingredients that go into it, and someofour restaurants use QSR kitchen technology to keep every order flowing.

What you'll be responsible for

Cooking the Italian classics properly

• Prep fresh ingredients and cook every dish fresh,properly and to spec.
• Cover your sections confidently through prep andservice, and learn new ones as you grow.
• Keep quality consistent, even on the busiest nights.

Being part of the team

• Help your teammates when it gets busy, and step inwherever the kitchen needs you.
• Work closely with front of house so every plate goesout right.

Keeping standards high

• Follow food safety, allergen and health and safetyprocedures every time.
• Keep your section clean, organised and well stocked.
• At Level 3, help with stock rotation, ordering andkeeping waste down.
