Job summary

The Botanist Leeds, part of The New World Trading Company, is seeking a Chef to join its busy kitchen in Leeds. You will prepare and cook dishes to spec, maintain quality and presentation, and support service with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have previous professional kitchen experience (Chef/Line Chef/Commis Chef). The team emphasises passion for food, reliability, and pride in every dish served, within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef, Line Chef, Commis Chef or within a professional kitchen is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to company specifications
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
