Responsibilities
  • Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the salad bar including composite salads and all cooked items.
  • Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+).
  • May include some counter service / till work.
  • Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
