Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Chef to join the Hungry Horse kitchen team. You’ll prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards, maintaining hygiene and safety across busy service periods. You’ll communicate clearly with the team to deliver high-quality meals on time and stay updated on menus and promotions.

Work in a fast-paced pub environment with opportunities to develop your skills, learn new recipes, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience for families and friends.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to meet brand standards during service.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver meals on time during busy periods.
• Assist with menu changes and product updates as required.
