Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Hatfield is seeking a passionate Chef to join our clubs. You will apply strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, and take pride in producing high quality food for our members.

The role suits someone who can work well both on their own and as part of a team, with a view to menu development and using quality ingredients from approved suppliers. You will have opportunities to share ideas via our Chef Forums.

• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Self-motivated and takes pride in producing high quality food.
• Happy to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes following recipes and standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes.
