Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in London is seeking a passionate Chef to join our premium health and wellness group. You’ll learn new skills, work with great people and contribute to our food development journey, using quality ingredients from approved suppliers and locally sourced where possible.

The role emphasises food safety, teamwork and delivering excellent customer service. You'll have opportunities to share menu ideas through Chef Forums and progress through internal training.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Self-motivated and pride in producing great quality food.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes adhering to standards.
• Contribute ideas for menu additions via Chef Forums.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene across shifts.
