Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a dedicated Chef for The Blackfriar. You will master our menu and cook dishes to the highest standards, contributing to memorable guest experiences in a bustling pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a professional chef
• Ability to master and execute menus to high standards
• Team player with good communication in a busy kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service
• Cook and present dishes to spec and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Support the brigade and contribute to a positive guest experience
