We’re now looking for a Chef to join us as we open the doors — someone who understands how good food can define a bar’s character. Our kitchen serves a menu of snacks, fresh and fried oysters, comfort bar food bites, and signature sharing plates that elevate the bar experience. Every dish is designed to complement the drinks, spark conversation, and showcase refined, seasonal cooking — simple, confident, and done with care.
