Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Cazaro Lounge. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. Flexible all-day menu, and opportunities for career growth across our growing brand.

Join a busy, supportive kitchen with Head Chef guidance, where you’ll ensure dishes hit spec, maintain high standards, and work well with the team from prep to plate. 300+ sites across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work under pressure with pace and precision.
• Good communication and teamwork across kitchen and FOH.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped; follow allergen and safety rules.
• Collaborate with FOH to deliver a great dining experience.
