About the Role
Chef
  • Assist the Hotel Services Manager in the provision and maintenance of a high quality, nutritionally balanced and well‑presented food service.
  • Prepare and cook food following menus prepared by the Hotel Services Manager.
  • Supervise and support employees in catering duties.
  • Check kitchen supplies comply with stock control systems and maintain accurate records as required.

Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.

You will assist the Hotel Services Manager in the provision of a high quality and efficient food and beverage service for our residents and employees always giving customers a prompt and courteous service.
