Job type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 39 per week, 5 out of 7 days, 6am – 2pm or 7am– 3pm, evenings 11.30am – 8pm or 1pm – 9pm.
Salary: £27-28k per annum, plus excellent benefits
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen duties.
- Help develop catering services and ensure high standards of customer service, uniform, cleaning, and food handling and preparation.
- Lead a team and develop your skills and qualifications throughout your career with us.
About you / Qualifications
- Solid background in catering, ideally with experience in a chef role.
- A Level 2 Food Safety certificate is essential.
- Experience catering for weddings or private events is a plus.
- Passion, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
