The Duke of Devonshire in Eastbourne is looking for a chef to master our menu and cook dishes you’ll be proud of. You’ll thrive in a busy team and help welcome guests with great food.

You’ll learn the menu inside out, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and prep before service. We offer flexible shifts, strong staff discounts, and opportunities for progression within Mitchells & Butlers.

As a Chef at the Duke of Devonshire, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of.
