Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an ambitious Chef on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to support Defence. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality food, overseeing menu changes, and contributing to new menu concepts while upholding hygiene and brand standards.

The ideal candidate holds a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, has experience supervising a team, and possesses a Food Hygiene certificate, with a flexible working approach.
