The Justinlees Inn in Dalkeith is seeking a part-time chef who will master our menu, work with a close-knit kitchen team and deliver dishes guests love. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced service, take pride in every plate, and learn the menu inside out to keep standards consistently high.

As a part time Chef at the Justinlees Inn, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of. Does this sound like the chef job for you?
